📋 Description

• Lead store guest experience and sales strategy
• Manage floor and back-of-house operations
• Oversee Sales & Service team; coach and develop staff
• Partner with GM to implement store strategy
• Plan schedules and monitor store budget and metrics
• Ensure brand standards and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or store leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong coaching, time management, and accountability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; constant movement
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work opening/closing/weekends and during holidays
