📋 Description

• Lead store to execute ALO's business and guest-experience strategy.
• Focus on sales targets, guest experience, and talent elevation.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience in the store and operations.
• Move around the store, assist guests, and keep space clean and inviting.
• Oversee Sales & Service to deliver strong product education and service.
• Represent the store in meetings and support the GM to implement strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile with multitasking in a changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Availability for opening, closing and weekend shifts.
