📋 Description

• Lead store sales and guest experience strategy on the floor and back of house
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Partner with GM to execute store-wide initiatives and brand standards
• Manage workforce coverage, scheduling, and opening/closing shifts
• Monitor store operations for efficiency, safety, and cleanliness
• Own local guest relations and community engagement within the store

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership/managerial experience
• Strong guest service focus and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, develop talent, and deliver feedback
• Budget awareness and basic business data tracking (expenses, sell-thru)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
