Sales Specialist

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with customers across the U.S.
• Learn and execute sales outreach strategies under leadership
• Identify new sales opportunities via prospecting, follow-ups, and outreach
• Coordinate orders and shipments with the warehouse team
• Assist with inventory tracking and delivery coordination
• Provide customers with product information and basic technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
• 2–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers by phone and email
• High energy, competitive mindset, and desire to close business
• Ability to work on-site in Kansas City, MO
• Valid work authorization in the United States
