Sales Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Audit recorded sales calls for quality and compliance; provide feedback.
• Monitor daily sales activity; ensure timely client engagement across accounts.
• Maintain and distribute sales performance reports and tracking sheets in Excel daily/weekly/monthly.
• Collaborate with sales to support outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and lead management.
• Manage/update client data in CRM (Antelope) ensuring data integrity.
• Identify gaps in sales support and propose process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in forex or financial services; sales ops or analytics.
• Excel proficiency: formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting.
• CRM experience; CCRM Antelope is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail under pressure.
