Sales Support Assistant

📋 Description

• Assist sales team with Brand Experience, local social media, sales Reporting, events, and sales
• Lead management for Design Consultants using CRM; answer calls & emails to scheduling
• Update local marketing, showroom hours, bios, and digital showroom activities.
• Support sales administration including social media, warranties, trade packages, add-ons, and
• Track client traffic and maintain showroom/sample inventory.
• Collaborate with consultants on pending client lists and education/training needs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and/or GED
• Associate degree in business or sales administration preferred
• 1-2 years admin or customer service in construction/home renovations, luxury brand env. preferred
• Fast, accurate data entry; calendar/regional scheduling experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, MS Office
