Sales Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Design onboarding programs to equip sales reps with product knowledge and readiness.
• Create and deliver ongoing learning initiatives (workshops, webinars, coaching, materials).
• Develop a library of sales enablement resources (playbooks, guides, case studies).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with updates and priorities.
• Use performance insights to identify gaps and improve programs.
• Promote scalable processes and effective enablement tools to boost productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement/training/operations or related field.
• Proven design and management of successful enablement programs.
• Strong sales methodology and process knowledge.
• Experience with enablement platforms, learning tech, and reporting tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities; multi-priority handling.
