📋 Description

• Deploy and refine HubSpot prospecting agents and in-house AI tools.
• Build data pipelines for enrichment and automated updates.
• Own outbound automation setup and targeted prospect lists.
• Design partner data-scraping workflows for clean CRM records.
• Admin HubSpot CRM, lead routing, and data hygiene improvements.
• Develop dashboards and SOPs to track performance and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with long-term availability.
• 3–6+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Systems Engineering; not entry-level.
• HubSpot, Make.com, Clay, Zapier or similar middleware mastery.
• Data & Scraping: XML/JSON scraping, web scraping, API webhooks.
• AI/LLM Aptitude: Build/deploy AI agents and customize LLMs.
• Mindset: Consultative approach; translate problems into blueprints and deliver.
