📋 Description

• Design curriculum for construction workflows and Tenna products
• Create training materials: presentations, videos, job aids
• Deliver sessions to new and tenured reps
• One-on-one coaching via shadowing and feedback
• Measure training impact using ramp time, quota attainment
• Adjust program based on data and rep feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in quota-carrying sales; SaaS experience preferred
• 2+ years in training, instructional design, or curriculum development
• Experience with LMS tools (Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, Absorb)
• Proficient in content creation (PowerPoint, Canva, video tools)
• Ability to analyze training data and translate to curriculum changes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
