Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Platform Management & Configuration: administer Salesforce instance to align with business
• Manage custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation (Process Builder & Flows).
• User access, security, sharing rules, and data integrity oversight.
• Lead assignment rules, opportunity workflows, and territory management support for Sales.
• Health checks, release readiness, and security reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on Salesforce Admin experience (100+ users).
• Salesforce Platform Foundations, Platform Administrator certs required; others a plus.
• Strong automation skills with Process Builder, Flows; API integrations experience.
• Data management expertise: data hygiene, deduplication, Data Loader usage.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (3rd party systems) and reporting.
• Agile/Scrum experience; proficient in Google Workspace; Jira/Confluence a plus.
