🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting firm or professional services environment
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core objects, the data model, and key
• Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and translating business needs into user
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• The ability to work within a team environment, supported by strong communication and interpersonal
• Well-organized, results-driven, and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced consulting
