Administer Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; configure, secure, and maintain Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes and address root challenges.
Manage data flow between Salesforce and key marketing/sales enablement systems.
Own product roadmaps and lifecycle for core business systems.
Handle integrations and advanced configurations; provide support.
Document data flows, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years as Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst
Salesforce Certification a plus
Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
Experience in Sales or Business Operations is a plus
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level systems
