Salesforce Business Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Role as Salesforce Administrator for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with configuration, declarative
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and root challenges behind feature requests.
• Manage integration and data flow between Salesforce and key marketing/sales enablement systems.
• Own product lifecycle: roadmaps, prioritization, and system strategy across GTM systems.
• Provide integrations and advanced configurations/support; align system strategies with business
• Document data flows, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst experience
• Salesforce Certification a plus
• Strong understanding of enterprise business systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
• Experience in sales or business operations is a plus
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level business systems
