📋 Description

Own and manage Salesforce CRM across Sales, Marketing, CS, Analytics
Define CRM roadmap and platform priorities
Lead admin, automation, integrations, and optimization
Drive data governance and information management
Collaborate with Data/Tech for enterprise integrations and AI
Improve workflows, dashboards, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

8+ years Salesforce experience (Manager, Owner, Admin, Consultant)
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
Proven AI-enabled CRM experience (Einstein, predictive analytics, automation)
CRM architecture, data governance, integrations, data quality
Experience with ERP, APIs, middleware, enterprise data
