📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions with Omni-Channel features.
• Build scalable apps using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); refactor Aura/Visualforce as
• Design integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata
• Translate business needs into technical designs aligned with enterprise security standards.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, governor limits, and test coverage; maintain clean
• Create and maintain documentation for customizations and platform solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, preferably with Service Cloud in enterprises.
• Strong Omni-Channel expertise: routing, capacity, presence management, Service Cloud Console.
• Advanced proficiency with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL; LWC as primary development
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, sharing rules, permissions, and role
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or similar high-growth environments; US Central Time
