📋 Description

• Test Salesforce Agentforce implementations and AI-powered agent behaviors across environments.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, smoke, and release validation
• Validate data exchanges between Salesforce Clouds, third parties, and Data Cloud integrations.
• Test AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and compliance; validate prompts and
• Perform API testing and defect tracking within Jira in Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to ensure test

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Salesforce QA/manual testing or related QA role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Mandatory Agentforce experience: AI agent testing, conversational flows, prompts, and response
• Experience with API testing (Postman) and Salesforce Developer Console.
• Jira for defects; Agile delivery; familiarity with ACCELQ or Selenium for test automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with stakeholders.
