📋 Description

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate data exchanges across Salesforce Clouds and third-party apps.
• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences.
• Conduct AI, chatbot, and performance testing for agents.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years QA experience in Salesforce or related roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Flows.
• Experience with Agentforce AI testing, prompts, and flows.
• Strong functional, regression, API, data validation, and performance testing.
• Experience testing AI responses for accuracy and compliance.
• API testing with Postman; Jira for defect tracking; Selenium/ACCELQ is a plus.
