• Collaborate with operations, agencies, and client teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain Email Design System across SFMC instances.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on SFMC development
• Hands-on with SFMC Email Builder, Content Builder, Journey Builder, AMPscript
• HTML/CSS for email, responsive design
• Experience with data extensions, SSJS, REST/SOAP API integrations
• Knowledge of data privacy frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM)
• Experience with QA, multi-instance SFMC environments, and email deliverability
