• The Salesforce QA professional will validate Salesforce applications and support successful project
• Perform manual testing within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Analyze requirements to design effective testing approaches.
• Execute test scenarios, document defects, and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Estimate testing efforts and monitor progress to meet milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of QA experience with Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on manual testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience in agile environments and SCRUM-based delivery.
• Strong functional and non-functional testing knowledge.
• Ability to estimate testing efforts and manage tasks to deadlines.
• Experience with web services testing; knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus.
