📋 Description

  • Lead to Opportunity GTM Systems focus to boost seller productivity
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, CS, Partner Ops, Finance to define needs
  • Identify and reduce workflow friction for sellers
  • Explore AI to accelerate work and simplify processes
  • Partner with Admins/Developers to build Salesforce solutions
  • Maintain data quality and governance across the platform

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
  • Salesforce Admin + Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certs
  • Strong Flow, validation rules, and reporting knowledge
  • AI builder mindset; comfortable using AI tools to accelerate dev
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado)
  • Experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, and related apps
