📋 Description

• Lead functional delivery and execution for managed services engagements
• Advise clients on best practices and act as trusted advisor
• Leverage Salesforce and Amazon platforms (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud; Knowledge
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs and configurations
• Drive continuous improvement on long-term engagements
• Lead requirements gathering and act as platform expert for Salesforce/Amazon

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience solving complex use cases
• Business process, consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform; knowledge of Amazon products a plus
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong written and oral communication
• Client-facing experience: PM/Ownership, Discovery & Design, delivering solution options
