Sample Collector/Phlebotomist

📋 Description

• Attend pre booked appointments in and around Newport area
• Collect blood, hair and DNA samples in non-clinical settings
• Maintain client and donor relationships as the public face of Lextox
• Follow Quality Management System and ISO17025 requirements
• Ensure safe, healthy, low-risk collection environment
• Provide truth statements at point of collection

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and language skills
• Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle and business insurance
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification Phlebotomy experience
• Desirable: NHS/Blood Service experience
• Experience collecting DNA samples (in-house training provided)
