Sample Entry Coordinator

📋 Description

• This position handles all sample management from entry to distribution, including eLIMS templated
• Fast-paced, high-volume role requiring motivation and strong organizational skills.
• Coordinate with customers and internal lab staff to ensure accurate logging and handling of samples.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to in-house SOPs for sample processing.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years pharma/cosmetic/natural health products industry exp.
• Computer proficiency; ability to work in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry/Biology/Microbiology) or equivalent
• Strong teamwork, communication, and English fluency
• Familiarity with USP/EP/BP compendia; knowledge of GMP and ICH guidelines
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
