Sample Management Technician - seasonal and permanent opportunities available!

📋 Description

• Receive and unpack sample coolers and containers, documenting all incoming materials
• Verify and record sample temperatures upon receipt
• Perform preservation checks on aqueous samples
• Create jobs, enter bottle records, and generate labels using LIMS
• Label sample containers and ensure proper identification throughout workflow
• Transfer samples between reception, storage, and lab departments

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in science-related field strongly preferred
• Experience in an environmental laboratory preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Accuracy, organization, and teamwork mindset
• Strong English, math, and reasoning skills
• Strong computer skills and comfort with digital systems
