Sample Receiving Technician

📋 Description

• Receive and unload incoming samples or consignments
• Verify documents are accurate and complete
• Log samples into LIMS daily to assign lot numbers
• Label samples by lot number; deliver to analysis departments
• Dispose of spent samples and hazardous materials per SOPs
• Monitor freezer/cooler temperatures daily

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with LIMS software; basic math skills
• Team player with clear, effective communication
• Strong interpersonal skills; calm/problem-solution oriented
