📋 Description

• Lead SAP HCM/payroll implementations and enhancements from requirements to go-live and post-support.
• Assess requirements and recommend technical environments, products, and approaches.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with risk mitigation.
• Define data structures, DB designs, and technical components to meet needs.
• Develop technical/architectural documentation aligned to standards.
• Perform and oversee integrated testing of complex applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Expert-level SAP architecture knowledge and euHReka platform.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and SAP-related environments.
• Expert understanding of structured analysis, design, and architecture.
• Extensive experience with multiple tech platforms/languages to fit requirements.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and drive value.
