SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

📋 Description

• Deliver SAP HCM payroll solutions for multi-country environments across APJ.
• Own SAP HCM functional areas and provide configuration, support, and production help.
• Configure SAP HCM modules incl. payroll, time management, ESS/MSS, and related processes.
• Design SAP solutions covering blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Prepare functional/technical docs and liaise with ABAP Devs for implementation.
• Collaborate with QA, analysts, and clients to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years SAP HCM experience with emphasis on APJ Payroll & Time.
• Payroll knowledge in India and Malaysia; experience in 2+ APJ countries (e.g., Singapore, Thailand).
• End-to-end SAP HCM implementation experience from requirements to production support.
• Strong SAP Payroll/configuration, Tax Reporter, schemas, PCRs, and rules.
• Experience with SAP Time Management and ESS/MSS; SAP HCM configuration expertise.
• Excellent communication; Bachelor’s degree; work authorization in India without visa sponsorship.
