📋 Description

Payroll migration Discovery phase lead for Foundation transition
Assess business requirements, tooling, scope, and costs
Define plans, risks, and resource needs with the team
Maintain workstream plans and weekly status reports
Collaborate with Data Lead on migration tools (Epi-Use, Spinifex)
Support SOW creation for next phase

🎯 Requirements

Expert SAP HCM Payroll config in S/4 and/or ECC
Functional consulting or architecture in SAP HCM Payroll
Experience analyzing payroll requirements and impacts
Experience with payroll migration programs and discovery
Knowledge of migration tooling (Epi-Use, Spinifex)
Strong scope, planning, cost estimation, and risk management
