SAP Implementation Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation (planning, design, config, testing, deployment).
• Drive NetSuite-to-SAP migration with minimal disruption.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, IT, FP&A, and Revenue Ops to map needs to SAP.
• Define and manage governance, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, UAT, training, and change management.
• Develop docs, process flows, training materials, and SOPs; ensure core finance/procurement processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, CS, or related field.
• 7-9 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of P2P, R2R, and O2C.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage priorities.
