📋 Description

• Fully remote, night-shift role serving India with North American candidates.
• Engage candidates via multiple channels, understand SAP background and career objectives.
• Recommend training or project-experience pathways and manage CRM records.
• Meet enrollment targets while maintaining ethical, transparent sales practices.
• Coordinate with training, project, finance, and program teams for smooth handoffs.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and guide through registration and payment processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or post-secondary qualification; bachelor’s/master’s is a plus.
• At least 2 years in educational sales, admissions counseling, business development, recruitment, or
• Strong lead qualification, outbound calling, relationship building, objection handling, follow-up
• Excellent English (spoken and written); ability to explain technical programs clearly.
• CRM, Google Sheets, Excel, email, WhatsApp, and video conferencing proficiency.
• Strong organization, time management, and accurate recordkeeping; reliable internet and quiet
