SAP Project Manager

📋 Description

• Workstream Management: manage full lifecycle of streams from design to stabilization.
• Cross-module Integration: ensure end-to-end process integrity across streams and adjacent areas.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: align plans with business owners and the Program Manager.
• Governance & Reporting: prepare PMO reports, monitor statuses, budgets, and risks.
• Resource Orchestration: manage internal functional experts and consultants within a matrix organization.
• Budget & Financial Management: plan, forecast, and control budgets, including costs, burn rate, and resource optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• SAP Expertise: 5+ years IT/ERP, 3+ years PM on SAP S/4HANA.
• Methodology: SAP Activate or hybrid; Agile for Fiori/Analytics; SAFe/LeSS a plus.
• Integration Skills: Managing complex integrations across modules and external systems.
• Education & Certifications: PMP or SAP Certified; degree in BA/Eng/IS or related.
• Tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence at a professional level.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication; tailor messages across tech and exec audiences.
