📋 Description

• Lead or support functional delivery of Employee Central and/or Talent modules across complex
• Translate client requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business and
• Execute solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live support, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, technical specialists, and stakeholders throughout the
• Support solution scoping, proposals, estimates, and statements of work during sales activities.
• Apply SuccessFactors best practices and contribute to global HR transformation projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in HR services, HR consulting, HRIS, HRIT, or similar environment.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise, especially Employee Central and/or Talent modules.
• Experience delivering end-to-end global deployments (>5 countries) as a functional consultant.
• SuccessFactors Associate-level certification in Employee Central; additional modules (Onboarding
• Understanding of cross-module integrations (BIB, CPI) is an advantage.
• Strong HR process knowledge, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
