📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements for ADP GlobalView Payroll implementations
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document payroll and HR system requirements with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS to translate processes into solutions.
• Convert business requirements into functional/technical specs across implementation lifecycle.
• Review design documents, integration specs, data mappings, interfaces, and governance docs.
• Coordinate with external vendors to meet business, payroll, compliance, and governance needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in payroll/HR systems or related field.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll integrations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of integration architecture, data mappings, interfaces, configurations.
• Experience coordinating external vendors/partners and managing governance for US & Canada
