🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering
• Proven track record in team leadership or technical lead roles
• 8+ years building electrical harnesses for complex systems
• Experience with manufacturing, integration, testing, qualification
• Familiarity with ECSS-Q-ST-20, IPC/WHMA-A-620, SAE ARP1870, NASA-STD-8739
• Nice to have: CATIA, NX, CAPITAL; PLM/PDM; aerospace industry experience
