Triage inbound queries and keep portfolio data accurate (Salesforce)
Build relationships with key contacts and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS/Tech consulting, or
Industry Savvy: HR or Talent Acquisition knowledge a plus
Tech Stack: Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Experience leading client relationships in SaaS/tech environments
Experience with sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives
Experience in project/change management
