School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and clinical team.
• Support students across the school day per schedule.
• Implement school-based ABA services with district partners.
• Attend trainings and participate in school routines.
• Travel between assigned work sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or RBT credential within 30 days where required.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel across sites.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–3:45 PM with some admin time.
• Strong communication and collaboration with school teams.
