School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism and neurodevelopmental differences in school
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team to support student success
• Partner with local schools to extend ABA therapy into educational environments.
• Follow school schedules and adapt to student needs within a calendar year.
• Document progress and observe behavior to inform care plans.
• Engage with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies into routines.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of work experience in ABA / Behavior Technician roles.
• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You can travel between work sites within the designated service area and have reliable
• You are willing to obtain BCAT certification within 30 days if required by districts.
• Ability to follow school safety protocols and crisis procedures; de-escalation skills a plus.
• Pass a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
