School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support for students with autism and neurodevelopmental differences in school
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team to support student success.
• Follow school calendar with consistent Monday–Friday schedule; 4+ paid hours per day when assigned.
• Implement BCBA-provided strategies and ensure documentation and progress notes.
• Travel between assigned work sites as needed within service area.
• Support classroom routines and school safety procedures as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within
• Strong collaboration with educational teams; proactive behavior support and data collection.
• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to attending trainings, observing, and contributing to IEP/goals.
