📋 Description

• Maintain and ensure confidentiality of up-to-date student health records, including immunization
• Administer medications to students per laws, policies, and school standing orders.
• Follow crisis intervention protocols for acute illness, injury, and emotional disturbances.
• Develop care plans based on assessment and outcomes evaluation.
• Monitor immunizations and communicable diseases; assess the school environment for safety.
• Manage student health records and assist families in locating community health resources.

🎯 Requirements

• A current New Jersey RN license.
• A School Nurse Certification or ability to complete within 2 years of hire.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• A current CPR and AED certification.
