• Serve as scientific lead for client teams; ensure content is evidence-based, accurate, and

• Analyze complex medical literature and supervise junior analyses.
• Translate client objectives into effective scientific comms programs with accounts leaders.
• Lead or support scientific discussions with KOLs and authors.
• Mentor Medical Writers; develop team to high editorial standards.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD advanced life sciences degree.
• 2–3 years in medical writing within a medical communications agency.
• Develop, review, and guide wide range of scientific deliverables.
• Translate complex literature into accessible, evidence-based communications.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong people-management and mentoring capabilities.
