📋 Description

• Build and optimize IHC, multiplex IF, and ISH assays.
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted image analysis pipelines.
• Define endpoints, scoring, and QC for assay performance.
• Partner with histotechnicians for assay troubleshooting and transfer.
• Interface with sponsors for study design, data reviews, and reports.
• Contribute to capability development and service portfolio expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree (MSc/PhD) in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of hands-on IHC/IF assay development and image analysis.
• Experience with Visiopharm, HALO, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with spatial biology platforms (10x Visium, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of chromogenic IHC and multiplex IF.
• Proficiency in digital pathology image analysis and biomarker readout.
