• Develop, optimize, and support protein-based reagents, assays, and workflows for sequencing and
• Collaborate with chemistry, molecular biology, software, manufacturing, and product teams to enable
• Lead experimental design and interpretation to solve complex technical challenges
• Prepare detailed reports, protocols, and recommendations; mentor junior scientists
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Drive technology transfer from research to product development

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, Bioengineering, or related field with
• Strong protein biochemistry and biochemical assay development background
• Experience developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex biological assays
• Experience with recombinant proteins, antibodies, enzymes, or affinity reagents
• Hands-on experience with protein analytical techniques (eg, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, ELISA
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
