🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with ~5 years or Master’s with ~2 years in pharma or related field
• Hands-on HPLC–MS, assay development, and automation
• Experience with physicochemical profiling and developability concepts
• Familiarity with preclinical formulation and screening strategies
• Strong data analysis, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments
