BS or MS in immunology/cell biology with 5+ years
Independently design and perform experiments
CAR design, CAR-T production, and T cell function eval
Expertise in primary T cell isolation, activation, transduction, cytokine profiling, flow
Experience in cell-based in vitro assay development; high-throughput a plus
