Scientist II/ Sr Scientist I , Analytical R&D

📋 Description

• Develop and optimize analytical methods for drug substances and products
• Support early phase development of NCEs in preclinical and clinical programs
• Collaborate with PCS, Process Chemistry, DPD, QA, and regulatory teams
• Perform method development, testing, and analytical control strategies
• Apply separation and detection for impurity profiling of pharmaceutical products
• Communicate findings and design follow-on experiments across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with 7+ years (or Master’s with 5+)
• Strong analytical chemistry background and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on with chromatography (HPLC, UPLC, GC) and spectroscopy
• Proficient with Waters Empower CDS and SLIMS/LIMS
• Excellent written and oral communication; cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with regulatory expectations and data handling systems
