📋 Description

• Develop and optimize methods for small molecules and peptides for early-phase development
• Support cross-functional partnerships within Analytical R&D and with other teams
• Design and conduct critical experiments to advance project goals
• Document results using electronic data systems and maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot experiments and instrumentation as needed
• Apply literature knowledge to solve problems and innovate in analytical sciences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry or equivalent (5+ yrs) or Master’s with 2+ yrs
• Theoretical/practical knowledge in chromatography and/or spectroscopy preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to manage multiple techniques as needed
• Proficient in data documentation and adherence to safety/quality regulations
