📋 Description

• Supports late-stage cell therapy products through analytical assay development, qualification, and
• Designs and executes analytical assay development activities and validation studies.
• Performs experiments, analyzes data, troubleshoots issues, and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Prepares and presents scientific data in technical reports and meetings.
• Provides status updates on activities, risks, and timelines to project teams and management.
• Supports assay-related documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Mammalian cell culture experience.
• DNA/RNA extraction and molecular biology assays (qPCR, ddPCR, quantitation).
• Experience with QX ONE, QX200 and QuantStudio 7 instrumentation.
• Analytical method development, assay optimization, qualification, and validation in a GMP
• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot, and support method improvements.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to write/review SOPs and reports.
