📋 Description

• Contributes to research and development of NGS technologies
• Leads projects to design feasibility of diagnostic methods
• Plans and executes complex lab experiments and analyzes data
• Coordinates with statistics and bioinformatics teams
• Communicates progress to colleagues and senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent in molecular biology, genomics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years industry experience post-Ph.D. or 1 year postdoc
• Hands-on experience with NGS technologies and sample prep
• Experience moving NGS concepts to product development
• Strong research skills and independent scientific judgment
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, JMP, R, or Python
