SCOM Consultant (Delphi)

📋 Description

• Design, architect, deploy, and administer SCOM for enterprise
• Lead end-to-end SCOM implementations: planning, install, config
• Manage Management Groups, Servers, Gateways, Web Console, Reporting
• Develop monitoring strategies aligned to business needs
• Implement proactive monitoring for Windows, Linux, VMware, SQL Server, AD, Azure
• Configure alerts, dashboards, and SL monitoring to improve visibility

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with Microsoft SCOM; enterprise-scale monitoring exp.
• End-to-end SCOM architecture, migration, admin, troubleshooting
• SCOM 2016/2019/2022; design & customize Management Packs
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL Server, Azure
• PowerShell scripting; automate ops using PowerShell and SC components
• Experience with ITIL, ITSM integrations (ServiceNow) is a plus
