Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Lead Agile ceremonies across AI/technology delivery teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups
• Partner with Product Managers/Owners, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to ensure clear priorities
• Own delivery planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall coordination.
• Identify and remove blockers, including technical dependencies, data access, integrations, security
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, unplanned work) to identify risks and
• Protect sprint commitments and adapt to changing priorities without losing delivery focus.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Experience working with technical, data, AI, or software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Solid project management skills (planning, risk, dependency management, stakeholder communication).
• Experience managing multiple projects/teams/workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
